At MoEa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable footwear. If your vegan sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package the Sneakers

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original eco-friendly box and ensure the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
